We’d like to congratulate two of our long-standing restaurant partners: Grill Americano and Bistecca for being named in this year’s The delicious. 100 Best of the Best awards. Executive Chef, Douglas Keyte of Grill Americano was crowned the “Best Steak in Victoria”, while Executive Chef, Pip Pratt of Bistecca took out the award for “Best Steak in New South Wales”. Announced last month, the country’s top 100 eateries across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, and Tasmania were determined by close to 50,000 readers votes.
We supply both restaurants with a range of our premium beef brands, collaborating closely with the chefs to meet their unique requirements. Grill Americano offer our Riverine Premium Beef MB 2+, 2GR Full Blood Wagyu Beef MB 9+ and Westholme Wagyu Beef MB 4-5 in several different cuts. From the Dry Aged Riverine Premium Beef Striploin On The Bone MB 2+ to the 2GR Full Blood Wagyu Beef Hanger Steak MB 9+, they have a selection set to impress. In contrast, Bistecca exclusively offer our Riverine Premium Beef T-Bone MB 2+. Otherwise known as the ‘Bistecca alla Fiorentina’, each steak is specifically cut according to the diner’s request.
