We’re excited to share that we have teamed up with Qantas First and Business Class on their new, elevated dining experience. The single biggest investment in Qantas inflight and lounge dining in a decade, together we’re furthering their efforts to deliver a world-class experience in the sky.
With the reinvigorated inflight menus launched across both domestic and international services on 29 March, we’re thrilled to be showcasing our premium meat products to the Qantas customer. Supplying fresh cuts including Riverine Beef Eye Fillet MB 2+, Grasslands Eye Fillet and Free-Range Bannockburn Chicken, we’ll also be supplying our value-added products including Crumbed Margra Lamb Cutlets and Free-Range Bannockburn Chicken Kiev.
Working alongside the Creative Director of Food, Beverage and Service, Neil Perry, we’ve been able to meet Qantas’ exacting inflight dining requirements. With over 30 years’ experience partnering with the world’s leading airline corporations, we have specialised expertise in working with culinary teams to cater to the stringent dining specifications. Whether it be high volume, specialised cuts, or pre-prepared product, our in-house team of highly skilled butchers and chefs can tailor product on request.
