We’re excited to announce that we’ve teamed up with Merivale as their key supplier as they take up the Hospitality Experience Partnership at Sydney’s new $828 million Allianz Stadium. This follows the successful transformation of food and beverage at the Sydney Cricket Ground late last year.

We’ve been working with Merivale’s formidable and diverse culinary team to provide seamless, end to end solutions for the 64 food and beverage outlets scattered across the stadium which can seat 42,500 fans, has seven private function rooms, 51 suites, two outdoor terraces and 84 outdoor boxes.

Working alongside Jordan Toft of Mimi’s and Bert’s Bar & Brasserie, Dan Hong of Ms. G’s and Mr. Wong, Mike Eggert of Totti’s, Ben Greeno of The Paddington and Hotel Centennial,  Vincenzo Biondini of Vinnie’s Pizza, and Simon Zalloua of Jimmy’s Falafel, we tailor make exclusive product to suit each restaurants needs. Together we’ll be bringing our combined expertise into a stadium setting once again.

Established SCG favourites like Jimmy’s Falafel, El Loco, Burger Shack and Vinnie’s Pizza will be mirrored at Allianz Stadium, with a number of new restaurateurs also opening up shop. Hong’s Ms G’s Noodles and Dumplings will pay homage to the Potts Point original serving up some of the tried-and-true favourites. Eggert’s Totti’s Pasta Bar will be a spin-off from Totti’s and will include a wide range of shared antipasti. Toft’s new Bert’s Bistro will be a take on the Coogee Bar & Brasserie and will be a sit-down affair with more of an upscale offering for anyone in the members concourse.

Boasting a new world of entertainment, Allianz Stadium is a world class sporing facility of Sydney’s sports. We’re thrilled to be working alongside Merivale and their partnership with Venues NSW.
