With Brisbane’s burgeoning food scene, expansion north was a natural progression. Renowned for their dining precincts; From Howard Smith Wharves and Eagle Street Pier to South Bank and Fortitude Valley, culinary meccas are hot spotting all over the river city. With our Queensland Sales Manager, Mark Bashinksky based in Brisbane since mid 2021, we’ve since partnered with an impressive line-up of restaurants across multiple locales. Our premium range can be spotted on the menu at Rothwell’s Bar & Grill, OTTO Ristorante, 1889 Enoteca and Essa, to name a few.
And with Brisbane’s hospitality industry continuing to grow and thrive, Melbourne has re-proven itself as the country’s culinary capital. Despite the challenges faced by foodservice over the past 2 years, business appears to be back and bigger than before. Supplying an impressive list of world-class restaurants, we’re thrilled to be working with Melbourne’s most exciting new ventures, Society and Yakimono. Both of Lucas Group fame, they’re the latest additions to the group’s portfolio. Comprising of institutions, Chin Chin and Kisume, we will continue to supply their existing venues. As the Lucas Group shoot for a 12-month trifecta, the much-anticipated opening of Grill Americano is slated for the coming months. Working alongside their culinary team, expect to see our Bistecca alla Fiorentina on the menu.
