Grazed on natural pastures and then finished on a balanced cereal grain diet for 120+ days under the highest animal welfare standards, Riverine Beef consistently delivers tender, juicy beef with a marble score of 2+. This superior tenderness, marbling and rich flavour can be traced directly back to these origins. Exclusively partnered with Haverick Meats, Chauvel Citrus Fed Wagyu delivers purebred Wagyu with an exceptional 6-7 marble score. Grown in the picturesque Elbow Valley on the Southern Downs of QLD, cattle are fed for 430 days on grain and citrus pulp, enriching the beef with antioxidants, enhancing tenderness and juiciness, while lending a subtle sweet, aromatic flavour. Housed in cutting edge, engineered sheds that generate natural airflow and maintain a cool, dry environment, cattle enjoy year-round superior comfort compared to traditional feedlots.
