Our Christmas Hams are sourced from carefully graded Free Range Pork producers in the Byron Bay region of NSW. Our Free Range Hams are known for their intense marbling and higher fat content keeping the meat moist during the cooking process. Once received at Haverick Meats, our Boneless Leg Hams are double smoked and cured to retain moisture. It’s this method that gives our hams a caramelised outer crust and rich smoky flavour.
