The ancient tradition of making sea salt into flakes is a close guarded secret and has taken over a decade for Olsson’s to perfect. Olsson’s Sea Salt Flakes are made from evaporated sea water from the Great Australian Bight and have a distinctly sweet “sea salt” tang.
These unique & delicate flat sea salt flakes are easily crumbled in the fingers and are recommended for finishing and presentation.
