The natural diet and stress free lifestyle of the cattle makes all the difference in the eating quality, resulting in a clean, natural richer beef taste and superior tenderness.

 

Our stringent grading program only allows black angus cattle that reach a minimum marble score of 3+ to be eligible for our Brooklyn Valley brand.
