From humble beginnings in 1962, this family business that began as a small butcher shop in Oxford Street Paddington has continued the tradition through the second generation to become one of Australia's leading suppliers of quality Australian meat to the finest restaurants, hotels, entertainment venues, airlines and international cruise liners.

Late 2007, was a significant advancement for Haverick Meats by having constructed the most technologically advanced, purpose built export-approved meat packing facility. This opening was a dawn of a new era of quality and service in the food service industry. From our highly productive processing facilities we are able to supply the most demanding food service operations in the industry. We aim to continue building on our solid reputation developing quality supply partnerships with our clients.

John Andrews (Snr)

Executive Chairman

An elder statesman of the Australian meat industry, John's steady hand and rocksolid commitment to client service continue to guide the company's growth and development.

John has over 40 years experience in Australian retail and wholesale supply. Combined with his long-term export experience it is not surprising that Haverick Meats has always been a leading supplier to the very best in food service.

Peter Andrews

Chief Executive Officer

Peter revels in life at the centre of a dynamic and growing business. Having served as an apprentice to the mastery of his father, Peter is now the hands-on force driving growth and creating value-adding services for clients.

Peter has dramatically improved the company's processing capabilities by putting advanced technology in the hands of the best butchery team in Australia. His approach to management stresses the need to continuously improve client service and to develop the business capabilities and relationships that will take Haverick Meats to a new level, defining new standards for performance and competition.

John Andrews (Jnr)

Operations Manager

John has continued with family tradition and has become an integral part of the business. His pro-active approach and vision have been invaluable in the development of what Haverick Meats is today.

John's combined knowledge of modern marketing techniques and the Australian meat industry allow him to steadily build on the company's long-term supply and client partnerships.

Mary-Ann Andrews

Human Resources Manager

With over 10 years experience in all facets of our business operations Mary-Ann now focuses on ensuring the best butcher team in Australia stays the best.

Mary-Ann manages our ongoing recruitment and training activity, which is critical to our high productivity rates and industry leading expertise in portion control.
