BERKEL FLYWHEEL MEAT SLICER

To add a higher level of refinement to your operation, we have been able to secure the original Berkel flywheel meat slicer. Made in Italy, is designed to precisely slice high-quality cured meats such as Jamon, Proscuitto Salami, or Bresoala. This world-renowned model is based on the traditional designs of the original Berkel flywheel slicer, which was founded in 1898. Hand built to the highest standard, using old techniques, this hand-powered model is ideal for traditional food stores and restaurants where it can be a showpiece. A customised 'exclusive' version is also available, with hand painted gold paintwork and presentation plaque.
