Cattle are born and raised on open, natural pastures of the Australian outback, following livestock management practices that include providing cattle with room to roam and forage in stress-free natural grass paddocks, free access to clean, fresh water and supplemental feed, comprising of a mix of all-natural grasses. Owing to these paramount rearing processes & a desire for 'natural' beef attributes, products are derived from high quality British breeds and their crosses producing deliciously flavourful, tender and naturally marbled beef without the use of grain-assisted programs.

Above all, our pasture fed beef attributes is marked by excellent meat colour, with smooth white coloured fat. Being naturally grass fed, this beef is a good source of monounsaturated acids and unsaturated fats including Omega 3 oils. To reach its maximum eating quality we employ the wet ageing process on pasture fed beef products. In addition to traditional wet aging, we are also pleased to offer dry-ageing, known for its deep, rich, complex flavour.

As part of our fresh meat Quality Supply policy, we ensure cattle are sourced using stringent quality control systems, including optimum breed and cattle age, tracking and environmental management frameworks, employing the latest scientific methods, guaranteeing the highest standards of hygiene are maintained during processing.
