There are premium brands, graded by Meat Standards Australia (MSA), as well as a wide selection of high quality pasture or grain-fed, organic or hormone-free beef products. Although the majority of exclusive brands are exported, Haverick Meats is able to supply them locally because of our long-standing relationships with major abattoirs. We also pride ourselves on having secured an unrivalled range of Australia’s best Wagyu beef.

From decades Haverick Meats’ longstanding involvement with Australia’s beef industry, we are able to discern the subtle differences between farming regions and breeds, all the way through to the preparation and ageing requirements for each and every cut. To reach its maximum eating quality Haverick Meats employ the wet ageing process on all beef products for a minimum of four weeks allowing the natural enzymes in the beef to break down, leading to enhanced flavour, juiciness and exceptional tenderness. Also available on selected beef brands, we have our own custom-built dry-ageing room to produce our range of Haverick Certified Dry-Aged Beef™, producing a remarkable intense beef flavour, unparalleled in tenderness and eating quality.
