Sourced from the Riverina district of NSW, cattle are young, up to 36 months of age and are grain-fed for a minimum period of 150 days. Most importantly, with the strict controls governing the Certified Australian Angus Beef™ program and brand, this breed produce the finest-quality beef available. This quality is largely due to the breed's ability to produce excellent marbling at a minimum score of 2 ranging to 3+, combined with other factors, resulting in perfect tenderness, texture, colour and taste.

Certified Black Angus cattle are graded by Meat Standards Australia™ (MSA), fulfilling all the requirements to ensure a superior eating experience.
